Pulse Data Centre (Pulse DC) is designed as a primary site to support corporate and enterprise customers; local, state and federal government and global technology giants. Easily accessed from Brisbane by road and air, with freight and passenger services available via the nearby Brisbane West International Airport (Wellcamp). Diametric Engineers are provide engineering and design advise during the construction stage.
Consisting of two levels of basement car parking, ground level retail tenancies, conference rooms and three levels of hotel.
Diametric Engineers have been engaged by NRG Services to provide mechanical service engineering under a Design and Construct contract.
Working directly for FKG who acted as the building designer and developer to provide design services for the coolroom refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation and chilled water systems. Diametric Engineers provided design services to the mechanical sub contractor, NRG, designing the electrical for mechanical which including design of the mechanical switchboards and single line control and power diagrams. The design was mostly undertaken using a 3D modelling software Revit.
A new 4 level short-stay development with 11 self-contained units. The building will have solar panels on the roof, ducted air-conditioning throughout and electronic security. It is intended to cater for families visiting loved ones at St Vincent’s Private Hospital.
A new building at the Dalby State School to replace infrastructure lost due to a recent fire. The two storyed
building includes administration facilities and general learning areas. Diametric Engineers were engage to provide schematic design advise, contract documentation and construction services.
Conversion of an existing house into an eye clinic.
Diametric Engineers provided the electrical and energy efficiency engineering design.
Engaged directly by Building and Asset Services, this project including new air conditioning and ventilation systems throughout the existing police station and watch house. Diametric Engineers completed an initial SD report which outlined the state of the existing mechanical services systems and made recommendations for upgrades and rectification, including budget estimates. Based on the recommendation, and with consolation with the client, full design drawings and specification were produced.
